How to best look after your earrings?
We recommend to store your new earrings safely, either in a jewellery box or hanging up on a earring stand or wall hanging. Your new earrings are strong but can still break if not cared for properly. We highly recommend that you do not wear your earrings in the shower and that you do not sleep in them. Submerging them in water or intensionally bending them can cause structural damage. Please also put on after you have applied make-up as this may stain them. You can gently clean your earrings with a damp tissue.
How long does shipping take?
Ready to dispatch items may take up to 5-7 days to process. Made to order items can take up to 1-2 weeks to process to allow time for the product to be made to the highest quality. If you need orders expedited, please contact us or add a note to your order.
Do you offer custom orders/whole sale order?
Yes! We are very open to custom orders and/or whole sale order requests. Please contact us at sophievictoriacrafts@gmail.com to discuss this further. We are always looking for opportunities to work with you.
Do you offer different earring post/hook options?
Yes! If you really like a pair of earrings that you would like finished a certain way than pictured, please pop a note on your order to let us know if you would prefer surgical steel, gold-plated, silver-plated, sterling silver fish hooks or stainless steel, gold-plated or silver hoops. Studs can also be changed to fish hooks by drilling an extra hole. Please bear in mind that there will be a £2 charge for sterling silver or 14kt gold ear hooks.
